Outbound operator dialing is disabled by default. To enable outbound operator dialing, please follow these instructions.
• First, log into your MyAccount with your username and password.
• On the MyAccount home page, locate the option Operator Dialing near the lower right.
• The underlined option is the currently selected option. Click Allow and you will be shown a window with the following text:
- Operator Dialing - By enabling Outbound Operator Assisted dialing, you accept the terms of service governing operator calls and billing. Operator calls are billed at $3.00 per call. Each customer account is given a credit limit for operator, 411, and international calls. If charges for any of these call types exceeds the credit limit prior to your next bill date, the account will be charged the balance immediately. Failure to pay will result in suspension of service.
• Click on I Agree if you agree to the terms, or click Cancel if you do not want to enable operator dialing.
