*79: Deactivates the do not disturb feature

This is will Disable the Do Not Disturb Feature.
To use:
Pick up the Phone Power phone.
Once you hear a dial tone, dial *79.
Hang up the Phone Power phone.
- Note - This star code will not work with the Grandstream HT502. This was Enabled with *78 and will allow calls to be received on the Phone Power phone.
