Actiontec PK5000
Please follow these instructions to configure your Actiontec PK5000 router to work with PhonePower. These instructions are only if you are connecting your phone adapter to your router.
- You will need the current IP address of your phone adapter.
- If you have a Grandstream phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on a Grandstream.
- If you have an Innomedia phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on an Innomedia.
- If you have an Obihai phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on an Obihai.
- Please write this IP Address down as you will need it in later steps

• If the above username or password doesnt work please contact your ISP and ask for the administrator login information for your router.
• Click on Advanced Setup
• Scroll down the Advanced page and click on Advanced Port Forwarding in the left column.
• For Starting Port, enter 5000
• For Ending Port, enter 5080
• For Protocol, select UDP from the list.
• For LAN IP Address, enter the IP address you received in the first step.
• NOTE: Skip Section 2
• Scroll down to Section 3 and click Apply.
• NOTE: You will likely encounter a Thank You screen while the settings are applied. This is normal; just wait for it to close before proceeding.
• It should resemble the image below. The LAN IP ADDRESS should match what you entered earlier.
• Repeat the process above for these port ranges
• The completed steps should produce the image below. Again, the LAN IP ADDRESS should match what you entered earlier.
