Add a Virtual Number
To add a virtual telephone number to your account, please follow these instructions.
• First, log into your MyAccount with your username and password.

• Once you are logged in, click on Modify Services on the left menu bar.

• Click on Add A Virtual Number.
|
|
• Select either I'd like to obtain a New Phone Number by selecting a State, and City, and Service Center or I'd like to use an Existing Phone Number.
- Note: If you are going to transfer your telephone number over to Phone Power, then select I'd like to use an Existing Phone Number.

• If you are adding a new number, the following page will be displayed:

• Select the state, the area code and the prefix area for the number you wish to have.
• Once selected, a list of available phone numbers will appear. Select the phone number you wish to have, then select the phone number that you wish the virtual number to point to.
• If you wish to have any notes on the order, please type the notes into the provided test field and then click on Submit Order.
• If you are transferring a phone number, the follow page will be displayed:

• Input the phone number you wish to transfer to Phone Power.
• Select the telephone company that the phone number is with currently.
- Note: Extra fields may appear, please fill in any information that is required.
• Click on Validate my current phone number.
- Note: The system will check to see if the phone number is available to be transferred.
• Once the phone number has been validated, select a date for the transfer to complete, then select the phone number that you wish the virtual number to point to.
• If you wish to have any notes on the order, please type the notes into the provided test field and then click on Submit Order.
• Once you have clicked on Submit Order, a page will be displayed to state that the line was added and an email will be sent to the email address that is on file for your account.
