- To affect a single Contact or Group:

- To affect a single number:
Select the "this number..." and enter the number manually.
- To affect anyone on your contact list, select the third option.
- To affect anonymous inbound callers, select the fourth option.
Click "Forward" once you've selected the desired option.
In the next box, select "ask the caller to say their name before ringing multiple phones simultaneously or in sequence".
Click "Forward"
Enter the first number you wish to ring, and the start and end time for the ringing behavior.
- NOTE: At present all numbers, including your Phone Power number, must be entered manually
- NOTE: The start and end time are available in five second intervals.
- To simultaneously ring multiple numbers:
Set the start and end times to overlap. For a typical simultaneous ring setting, set start time for both numbers at 0 seconds.
It is possible to overlap later, however.
- For instance, setting start time for one number at 0 and the second at 10. If the end time for the first number is greater than 10 then the second number will start ringing while the first number continues to ring.
- To ring numbers in sequence:
Match the end time with the first number with the start time of the second.
- For instance, setting the start time for the first number at 0 and the end time at 10, followed by a start time of 10 for the second number, will forward the call to the second number after the first has rung for 10 seconds.
Click "Finish" when the rulesets are completed.
The new rule will appear appear in the list of rules for the selected set
- The specified calls will be asked to state their name and then ring in the pattern set. The recording of this name will play before the calls connects. Please note that at present this applies to the named ruleset only; new rulesets will need to have them added. For this reason we encourage maintaining Contact groups if you expect to generate multiple rulesets and forwarding to specific groups.
Click on the “Save” button when finished. A small "Config File Updated" message will appear in green, indicating the changes have been saved.
