Please access your Phone Power MyAccount, locate and click on Call Forwarding, on the left side of the web site.

Once you are on the Call Forwarding screen, you will be on the Forwarding Rules tab. Now make sure you see the radio button selecting: Ring (888)607-6937 (your number will appear here)

Next locate: ...if none of those are picked up, after 24 (24 is default, this is where you change the ring time before the VoiceMail picks up) seconds i want the caller sent to

• This time frame you specify in this field will allow you to set how many seconds till it forwards to the VoiceMail. at this setting it will ring your Phone Power phone for 24 seconds then forward the call to VoiceMail. This value must be between 6 and 60.

• Make sure the radio button is set to: VoiceMail

After this has been done, click the Save My Forwarding Rules button. You have now changed the ring time, inbound calls will ring for the allotted time before it goes to VoiceMail.
