Aquarius-Unconditional Call Forwarding
- Network: Aquarius - If you are not sure which network you are using, please check the MyAccount account home page.
• Please access your phone power MyAccount, locate and click on Call Forwarding on the left side of the web site.
• Once you are on the Call Forwarding screen, you will notice you will be on the Forwarding Rules tab.
• Select the radio button: Forward All Calls To
• This will prompt a pop up saying - Warning! You have enabled Forward All Calls. Click the Ok button.
• This will bring you back to the Call Forwarding screen. Now you should see Forward All Calls To selected.
• In the drop down to the right, you will have the choice of None, VoiceMail, Other, and a Forwarding Destination if one is setup. Select the Forwarding Destination or Other out of the drop down menu. If you selected Other you will see a text box appear to the right. In this field you will place the destination phone number you wish to have calls forwarded to.
- Please only place the numbers in, no dashes.
• Once the steps above have been finished click Save My Forwarding Rules button.
- Note: You have now setup Call Forwarding to forward all inbound calls directly to the phone number you specified. Your Phone Power phone will not ring unless this setting is changed back to normal.
