Arris DG860A

Please follow these instructions to configure your Arris DG860A router to work with PhonePower. These instructions are only if you are connecting your phone adapter to your router.

• You will need the current IP address of your phone adapter.
  
• If you have a Grandstream phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on a Grandstream.
  
• If you have an Innomedia phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on an Innomedia.
  
• If you have an Obihai phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on an Obihai.
  
• Please write this IP Address down as you will need it in later steps

Open a web browser Enter http://192.168.0.1 into the address bar and press enter Log into the router. You will be prompted for a username and password. The default username is admin The default password is password

• Click Firewall

• Click Virtual Servers in the left menu • Click Add

• Enter PhonePower1 for Description • Enter 5000 to 5080 for the Inbound Ports • Select UDP for the Format • Enter the IP Address of your phone adapter into Private IP Address • Enter 5000 to 5080 for the Local Ports • Click Add Virtual Server Please do the same for these ports: 10000 - 11000 UDP 12060 - 12080 UDP 16384 - 16472 UDP 16600 - 16700 UDP

• Click Add in the Virtual Servers screen again • Enter PhonePower5 for Description • Enter 4200 to 4200 for the Inbound Ports • Select TCP for the Format • Enter the IP Address of your phone adapter into Private IP Address • Enter 4200 to 4200 for the Local Ports • Click Add Virtual Server
