Bell Sagemcom
Please follow these instructions to configure your Bell Sagemcom router to work with PhonePower. These instructions are only if you are connecting your phone adapter to your router.
- You will need the current IP address of your phone adapter.
- If you have a Grandstream phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on a Grandstream.
- If you have an Innomedia phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on an Innomedia.
- If you have an Obihai phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on an Obihai.
- Please write this IP Address down as you will need it in later steps

• After you have logged into your router using the above steps, Navigate to the Settings section, then to Network.
• Click on DMZ and click on Enable.
• Insert the IP address for the phone adapter in the following field.
• Click Save to save the settings.
• For an added step, we can Reserve the phone adapter's IP address.
• Go to DHCP, then go to Create a DHCP Reservation.
• Click on Select Device and insert the phone adapter's IP address.
• Click Save to save the settings.

In some cases, the Sagemcom Gateway that you are using has a new firmware and will look a little different from the above screenshots. If this is the case, please follow these settings. |
As soon as you log in, please go to the top right and click on Advanced.
Then on the bottom left, you will need to go to the Network Settings.
Once there, you will go to the DMZ and click on the phone adapter that is currently connected to your network.
Note: If you are unable to place a call after 15 minutes, or any other irregularities appear, please contact our support department for additional assistance.
