Block Phone Numbers-Aquarius

NOTE: These instructions for normal call handling. If you are using Incoming Call Manager (ICM) you will need to click HERE

• First, log into your MyAccount with your username and password.

• Locate and click on Call Forwarding on the left side of the web site.

• You should now see the following tabs:Forwarding Rules, Forwarding Destination, Block List, and Selective Forwarding

• Now locate and select the Block List tab and select Enable.

• Next, locate Add a New Number. This is where you add the number you wish have blocked.

• After you are finished, please click on the ADD button. You have now enabled your block list and blocked an unwanted caller.

• Note: You can only have 50 blocked numbers in your blocked list.
