Line Management contains the tools for adding any Cloud PBX services to your account. This includes Subscriber Lines, Virtual Numbers, Toll Free Numbers, Auto Attendants, and Hunt Groups.
Services must first be added before they can be configured.

Begin by clicking the Add New Service button near the top of this section.

• The new page will present a drop-down. Select the type of service you wish to add.
• From here the method differs according to each service. Click the service from the list below to view more information on adding the specific service.

Adding a Subscriber Line
|
• If you are adding a Subscriber Line, you would select Subscriber Line when asked "What type of service do you want to add?"
• Next, select the 10 digit phone number from the drop down list of available numbers. If the line is to be an extension within your Auto-Attendant, you would select your 10 digit Auto-Attendant phone number.
• Here you would define an extension for the line. The extension should be 4 digits long.
• Once you have made your selections, click Use This Number to move on to the next screen where you configure the specific options for the line.

- First/Last Name
- Define the First Name and Last Name of the person who will be at this extension. If you intend for this person to be seachable in the directory by name it is important that this information is entered accurately.
- CNAM Display
- Enter the name you want displayed for caller ID when this line makes outgoing calls. A common choice for this field is to enter the name of your company.
- Timezone
- Define the timezone for this line.
- Anonymous Calls Allowed
- If you wish the line to be able to receive incoming calls from anonymous callers, check this box.
- 411 Calls Allowed
- If you want this line to be allowed to place 411 information calls, check this box.
- International Calls Allowed
- If you want this line to be allowed to place International calls, check this box.
- Operator Calls
- If you want this line to be allowed to place calls to the operator, check this box.
- List in Attendant Directory
- If you want this line to be listed in your directory so it can be reached by a caller who searched by name in the company directory, check this box.
- Voicemail
- If you want this line to have it's own Voicemail box, check this box.
- Fax-Enabled Voicemail
- If you want this line to be able to receive faxes in their Voicemail box, check this box.
- Hardware Information(Optional)
- If you have hardware you want assigned to this line, you would select the model of the device from the drop down list, enter the MAC address of that device, and define the port on that device that the line should be assigned to.
Once you have made all your selections, click Add to add the line to your account.

Adding a Virtual Number

• If you are adding a Virtual Number, you would select Virtual Number when asked "What type of service do you want to add?"
• Select the number you wish to use as the Virtual Number from the drop down list, then click Use This Number

• Next, choose if you want calls to the Virtual Number to go to another number, or if you want them to go to a Voicemail box instead.

Send To Another Number
|
- Destination:
- Select the destination number that will receive calls made to the Virtual Number from the drop down list of available numbers.
- List in Attendant Directory:
- If you want this line to be listed in your directory so it can be reached by a caller who searched the company directory, check this box.
Once you have made all your selections, click Add to add the line to your account.

Send To A Voicemail Box
|
- Fax-Enabled Voicemail:
- If you want calls to the Virtual Number to be able to receive faxes in its Voicemail box, check this box.
- List in Attendant Directory:
- If you want this line to be listed in your directory so it can be reached by a caller who searched the company directory, check this box.
Once you have made all your selections, click Add to add the line to your account.

Adding a Toll Free Number
|
• If you are adding a Toll Free Number, you would select Toll Free Number when asked "What type of service do you want to add?"
• Select the number you wish to use as the Toll Free Number from the drop down list, then click Use This Number

• Next, choose if you want calls to the Toll Free Number to go to another number, or if you want them to go to a Voicemail box instead.

Send To Another Number
|

- If you want this line to be listed in your directory so it can be reached by a caller who searched the company directory, check this box.

Send To A Voicemail Box

- Fax-Enabled Voicemail:
- If you want calls to the Toll Free Number to be able to receive faxes in its Voicemail box, check this box.
- List in Attendant Directory:
- If you want this line to be listed in your directory so it can be reached by a caller who searched the company directory, check this box.
Once you have made all your selections, click Add to add the line to your account.

Adding a Fax Line

If you are adding a Fax Line you would select Fax Line from the drop down menu.

Once you have selected Fax Line you be asked to select a phone number and extension to use.

|
