A basic guide to your Cloud PBX administrators Navigation Bar.

The home button will take you to a basic overview of your Cloud PBX account. This overview includes your current account balance, current usage, the Rate Search tool, and your Cloud PBX Directory.

|
- Billing
- Clicking on Billing will take you to an overview of your billing history. This includes your current unbilled usage, your last 5 invoices, and your last 5 payments.
- Credit Card
- This is where you would go to update your credit card on file.
- Invoice History
- This will list all of your previous invoices.
- Call Logs
- Allows you to search for specific call records or bring them up en-mass. You will also be able to see if the call was a missed call, how long it was, and what it cost.

- Lines
- This will take you to Line Management. Here you can Add, Remove, or Edit the various subscriber lines and services on your your Cloud PBX account.
- Add New Service
- This takes you directly to adding a new service on your Cloud PBX. These services include: Subscriber Lines (extensions), Virtual Numbers, Toll Free Numbers, Auto Attendants, Hunt Groups, and Fax lines.
- Numbers
- This is where you are able to manage and order more DIDs (Direct Inward Dialing).
- Short Codes
- This is where you will manage your Short Codes. Think of short codes as system wide speed dial numbers.

- Attendant
- This will access the Auto Attendant advanced configuration panel for the current Auto Attendant.
- Add Attendant
- This will let you add a new Auto Attendant.
- (555)555-4423
- All your current Auto Attendants will be listed in this drop down so that you can access them faster. (555)555-4423 is a line we have on our test account that has an Auto Attendant configured on it.

- Hunt Group
- This will take you to the Hunt Group control panel. You will be able to select and edit your hunt groups from here.
- Add Hunt Group
- This is where you will add new Hunt Groups.
- dist ring test / TestingHunt
- These are test hunt groups that we have configured on our test Cloud PBX. All of your other Hunt Groups will be listed in the drop down to allow you direct access to their configurations.

- Logins
- This is where you will Add, Delete, and Edit the user accounts that log in and use your Cloud PBX system
- Add New User
- This will take you directly to the interface to add a new user to your Cloud PBX system. It will also list the current existing users and allow you to Delete or Edit any of the existing users.
- Contacts
- This will allow you to manage the contact lists for all the subscriber lines on your Cloud PBX. You will be able to Add, Delete or Edit any of the contacts for any of the subscriber lines. You can also import contacts from an external file as long as it is in a supported format.
- VoiceMail
- Here you will be able to manage the VoiceMail boxes of all your subscriber lines as well as set the Voicemail Options for each VoiceMail box.
- Call Forwarding
- This will take you to the Call Forwarding management panel. You will be able to configure the call forwarding options for each of the subscriber lines on your Cloud PBX.

- Settings
- Clicking Settings will open the drop down menu.
- Account
- This is where you will be able to change your Admin account password and email. You can also reset the Voicemail PIN of any of the subscriber lines on your Cloud PBX
- Log Out
- This will log you out of your Admin Control Panel
