CPBX-How Do I Reset My Voicemail PIN

• To change your password you need to first log into your account.

• Next click the Settings button in the upper right corner of your screen.

• Click Account from the drop down.

• On the new screen you will see a button to reset your Voicemail PIN

• Click the Reset Pin button to reset your Voicemail PIN
