CPBX-Managing Voicemail

Using your Admin login you are able to manage Voicemails and Voicemail settings for the various Services on your CPBX.

Once you have logged into your Admin control panel click the arrow to the right of Logins and select VoiceMail

In the new screen under the header VoiceMail you will be able to select which service line (Phone number + Extension) you wish to manage.

Once you have selected a service line to manage click the blue Go button.

You will be able to see all the voicemails in that service lines voicemail box.

You will also be able to make adjustments to the Voicemail settings.


VoiceMail Settings

You are able to have notifications sent to your email either with or without the VoiceMail message attached.

If you want the VoiceMail message sent to your email enter your email address in the entery box under "Send HTML Email with file attachment to:" and check the box next to "Send Voicemail:" direclty under that entry box.


If you want email notifications of new voicemail, but you dont want the message itself sent to your email enter your email address in the entry box under "Send Email Notifications with no attachment to:" and check the box next to "Send Voicemail:" that under that entry box.

Click the Update Voicemail Settings button to update these options.


VoiceMail Purger Days

This option will allow the system to automatically delete VoiceMails that are X number of days or older.

Just enter the number of days you want to keep your VoiceMails and click Update Voicemail Purger Days to update this option.


VoiceMail Purger Settings

You can also have the system take action once you have used over X percentage of your voicemail storage.

You can either have the system send you an email warning, or just have it delete old voicemails when it reaches the set percentage.

Enter the threshold percentage, select an action and click Update Voicemail Purger Settings to save these settings.
