CPBX-Resetting someones Voicemail PIN

From time to time an employee may forget their Voicemail PIN. Using the admin login for your Cloud PBX you can reset Voicemail PINs for the different Voicemail accounts on your Cloud PBX.

Once you have logged into the Admin account for your CPBX you will need to click the blue Settings button in the upper right hand corner of your screen.

Once the button has expanded you need to click the Account Option.

On the lower right hand side of your screen will be the Reset Voicemail PIN controls.

Select the service number (Phone number + Extension) from the drop down.

Click the blue Reset Pin button

Once the reset has been completed successfully you will see a notification in the upper right hand side of your screen.
