CPBX-Selective Forwarding
In the Selective Forwarding section of Call Forwarding you can select specific phone numbers to forward to another number.
• Click Call Forwarding in the menu across the top of your screen.
• Once in the Call Forwarding section click on the Selective Forwarding tab
• You will first need to Enable the Selective Forwarding feature. • Under Selective Forwarding List click the radio button next to Enable • Select the Destination you wish the calls to be sent to from the drop down menu (in this example we are using Cell Phone) • Select Save Setting | |
• You will see a confirmation on the right hand side of your screen when Selective Forwarding has been enabled |
• Enter the phone number that you would like to forward calls from in the entry box to the right of Number: • Click Save Setting in the Add Selective Forwarding Number section | |
• You will see a confirmation on the right side of your screen when the number has been added | |
• You will also see the phone number that calls will be forwarded from on the left side of the screen |
