Call Log Viewer

This feature allows you to view your call history:


• The last 30 days

• Download a detailed report of a specific time period. This feature only allows you to go back 1 year from today.


To use this feature:

• Log into your MyAccount.

• Locate and click on Call Log/Usage.

• Locate and click on Get Detailed Call Log Report.

• Your call log will be displayed.


Toll Free Call Log

• If you have a Toll Free number, and would like to view the call log data for that Toll Free number, select the "ALL" option as shown in the image below.

• You will then see the call log for all numbers on the account, including the Toll Free calls. The log should automatically update once "All" is selected. If it does not, you can manually update the log by clicking "Update Log".
