How Can I Cancel My Service?
To cancel your service with Phone Power, we require a 30 day, written notice to cancel any service as per the Terms of Service. For information, please refer to Section 8 of the Terms of Service.
There are four ways to cancel the Phone Power service:
• Go to the following link: http://www.phonepower.com/cancel and submit the form as directed.
• Send an email to: [email protected]

• Mail a letter to:

Please include the complete account name, the telephone number you are canceling, a callback telephone number, a good time to reach you at that callback telephone number and a brief explanation as to the reason for canceling.
- Note: If you have leased the Phone Power phone adapter device, you must return this to us by mailing the device to the above address. If Phone Power does not receive the hardware with in 30 days, then you will be charged for the device.
- Note: An early termination fee will be applied to contract plans. The early termination fee is $99.00 or the balance for the remaining months of service left on the contract, whichever is less.

What About Returning The Hardware?
The hardware, including the power supply, will need to be returned within 30 days of cancellation of the service to:

Make sure that the account name is clearly visible on the outside of the box. Please retain a UPS or USPS tracking number for the return shipment. If the hardware is not returned, then it will be treated as a purchase and your account will be charged an equipment fee.

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Phone Power proudly stands behind our service with a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Within the first 30 days of your activation you may upgrade, downgrade to any of our current promotional rates or cancel your plan with absolutely no hassle. If canceling, all we ask is that you return our hardware and pay the initial month of service at the standard monthly rate for your plan. Shipping and Handling are non-refundable. If canceling within the first 30 days and you have Retail Hardware, the customer must return the hardware back to the retailer for a full refund.
