You can change your plan from within your MyAccount Portal.
• Log into your account.
• Click Modify Services from your MyAccount menu.
•Click Change Your Service Plan.
• Select the new service plan you would like.
• Click Next at the bottom of the page.

• Review the information regarding your Service Plan change.
Breakdown of Charges
- Service Price
- This is the cost of the service.
- Regulatory Recovery Fee
- The Regulatory Recovery Fee is assessed per line, per month by PhonePower to help defray costs of various federal, state, and local regulatory mandated services and programs. The Regulatory Recovery Fee is not government mandated, but PhonePower is permitted by law to recover this cost from its customers. The Regulatory Recovery Fee and the components used to calculate this fee are subject to change from time to time.
- 911 Cost Recovery
- This fee is used to recover PhonePower's costs directly associated with providing 911 and E911 for VoIP customers. This is not a government-mandated charge, but PhonePower is permitted by law to recover this cost from its customers.
- Federal, State and Local Services (FSLS) Recovery
- This fee is used to recover PhonePower's costs for but not limited to local number portability costs, CALEA compliance costs and other regulatory related fees and cost. The Regulatory Recovery Fee also includes similar cost incurred in foreign countries.
- Total Fees
- This will be the total of all service and recovery fees.
Change Summary
- Current Plan
- This is the service plan that you currently have and are switching away from
- New Plan
- This is the service plan that you are switching to, the one that will replace your current plan.
- New Plan Start Date
- This is the date your new plan will take effect.

Once you have reviewed all the changes that will be made to your account you will need to click the "check box" indicating that you have read and agree to all the changes and fees.
To finish changing your service plan click Submit Change
