Change the Bandwidth Setting

To change your current bandwidth settings (by using the low bandwidth audio codec) please follow these instructions.
• First, log into your MyAccount with your username and password.

• Click on Service Settings on the left menu bar.
|
|
• Click on Bandwidth Control (Codec).
|
|
The following will be displayed on the same page:

• Click on the drop down menu and choose the bandwidth option you wish to use then click on Save Settings. A message in green will be displayed confirming the settings were successfully changed.
