Configuring the Directory in your Auto Attendant
To Add a directory Listing
• Log into your MyAccount portal
• Click on the Configuration link under Auto Attendant
• Click on Directory
Enter in the following fields
• Extension: Ex 2001
• First Name: Station
• Last Name: 1
• Phone Number: Ex: 88860769372001
• Then Click on Add
Updating an extension Already in directory
• Log into MyAccount your MyAccount portal
• Click on the Configuration link under Auto Attendant
• Click on Directory
• Click Edit next to the extension that you want to modify
• Click Update where Edit used to be to save changes.
• To cancel changes, click on Cancel next to Update.
How to delete an extension from the directory
• Log into your MyAccount portal
• Click on the Configuration link under Auto Attendant
• Click on Directory
• Click the Delete link on the same line as the extension that needs to be removed.
