Configuring a Sonicwall

If you have a Sonicwall firewall, you will need to make some adjustments to allow the Phone Power phone service to function properly. Log in to your Sonicwall.
• Once you are logged in click Voip.
• Click Settings.
Note: You will be redirected to the Voip Settings page.
• Once at the Voip Settings page check the box labeled Enable Consistent NAT.
• Un-check the box labeled Enable SIP Transformations.
• Once you have made these changes click the Apply button.
Note: If you are unable to place a call after 15 minutes, or any other irregularities appear, please contact our support department for additional assistance.
