Dell Wireless 2350 Broadband Router

If you are using a Grandstream phone adapter

For the first step in this process, we will need resolve the IP address conflict between the router and the Grandstream. Please follow these instructions for resolving an IP address conflict.

Please follow these instructions to configure your Dell Wireless 2350 Broadband Router router to work with PhonePower. These instructions are only if you are connecting your phone adapter to your router.

• You will need the current IP address of your phone adapter.
  
• If you have a Grandstream phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on a Grandstream.
  
• If you have an Innomedia phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on an Innomedia.
  
• If you have an Obihai phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on an Obihai.
  
• Please write this IP Address down as you will need it in later steps

Open a web browser Enter http://192.168.2.1 into the address bar and press enter Log into the router. You will be prompted for a username and password. The default username is admin The default password is admin

• Go to the Advanced Settings menu option tab on the top navigation bar and wait for the menu to appear.
• Click the Port Forwarding Settings menu option in the drop down menu.
• Click to select Enable DMZ Host.
• Enter the IP address of your phone adapter in the DMZ IP Address field.
• Click the Submit button.
