Do I have service with Phone Power before the port date?

When signing up with Phone Power, you will be shipped a Phone Adapter. Once the Phone Adapter is connected properly and functioning, you will have the ability to place outbound calls from your Phone Power phone. You will not be able to receive any incoming calls until the port date has completed. Once the Port is complete, you will be able to receive calls.
