Edgemarc-Edgewater Port Forwarding

To open ports on the Edgemarc please follow these intstructions.

• NOTE: Applying these settings will reboot the Edgewater in the final step and interrupt any calls which may be running at the time of reboot.

• Log into the Edgemarc router; the default IP is http://192.168.1.1.

The username and password needed to log into the Edgewater will be supplied by Phone Power. Please contact support if you do not have the username and password needed to log into the device.

• Click on NAT on the left side.

Note the Port Forwarding Section, and Add a Port Forwarding Rule on this page.

• Select TCP, UDP, or any from the dropdown.

• Set the WAN Interface IP to match your public IP, if it is static. If your public IP is dynamic, set it to WAN_IP

• Set the 'WAN Interface Netmask to match that provided by your ISP.

Typically this is 255.255.255.0

• Set the Src Port to match the port expected to come in from off network.

• Set the LAN IP to match the IP of the device on the Edgewater's network.

• Set the Dest Port to match the port of the device on the Edgewater's network you wish to direct traffic too.

• Click Add to complete the procedure.
