How To Change The SIP Port In The Softphone

To change the SIP port in the Softphone please follow these directions.
• Log Into the Softphone application.
• Right click anywhere in the application window and select Preferences or Type Ctrl+P.
• Click on Show Advance Options on the bottom left on the menu list.
• Click on the Plus (+) next to Protocol Options to expand the menu tree
• In the expanded tree click on SIP Options
• Click on the check box Open random port above 32000 to allow the entry field to be modified and type in the requested SIP port.
• Click Ok to apply the setting.
• Right click anywhere on the Softphone and select Exit.
• Restart the Softphone and it will be using the new selected SIP port.
