How To Enable The Failsafe Number
- Network: Aquarius - If you are not sure which network you are using, please check the MyAccount account home page. Click here to open MyAccount.
What is a Failsafe Number?
• To begin, access your Phone Power MyAccount
• In the middle of the page you will see Failsafe Number. The default displayed number under will be (000)000-0000; this indicates that the Failsafe Number is disabled.
• Click on the Change button below the Failsafe Number to bring up a new window.

• In the new window enter the phone number that you would like your calls to forward to in the event your device loses registration or power.
• Click the Update button to save the settings. Reload the page and the phone number you entered will be displayed on your MyAccount page under Failsafe Number.

• To remove the Failsafe Number, click on the Change Number button once again.
• A blank field will appear. Click Update.

• This will disable the Failsafe Number. Reload the page to show the default display number, (000)000-0000, indicating the Failsafe Number is disabled.
