How To put a Windstream/Speedstream 4200/5200 into bridge mode

• Open up your browser and type http://192.168.254.254/brgmode.htm in the address bar. If you cannot connect, then try connecting the modem directly to the PC.
• The username and password should both be admin.
• Then Click OK.
• If the screen below does not come up, just move onto the next step.
• The screen to the left should appear.
• Click on the Apply button to bridge your Speedstream 4200/5200 modem.
• After the bridging is complete, the screen to the left will appear.
• A reboot is required for the settings to take effect.
• Click on the Reboot button.
• The screen to the left is the last screen you should see during the bridging process.
After your modem finishes rebooting, the bridging process should be complete.
