How to download multiple voicemail messages

To download multiple voicemail messages from your account, please follow these directions.

• Log into your Phone Power MyAcount page.

• Go to the Voicemail section.

• Locate and click on the Download All button. -

• Choose if you would like to open or save the files.

A .zip file will be downloaded or opened depending on your selection containing all of your voicemails. From there you can extract them to a location or play them from inside the .zip file as is appropriate to your operating system.
