IPhone-Log Files
In case of any type of issue, we request that you will send us a Log file from the app itself.
This will give us more information on what the app is sending to the phone.
Please use the directions below to send the log file to a technician before calling PhonePower.

1. You will need to access your Settings and go to Preferences in the Phonepower Application.
2. Scroll to the bottom of that page and you will be able to click on Log SIP traffic
3. Once you have checked this box, please press the back button to return to the previous screen.
4. Scroll down on this page and under Troubleshooting, please click on SIP logs.
5. On this screen, you can click on the Share button on the bottom right hand corner and send an email to [email protected]
