Import CSV and vCard files to your Contact List

Note : If you are not sure which network you are using, please refer to Phone Power Network Types for information on how to determine your Phone Power Network Type.
Phone Power is allowing customers to import contact lists with CSV or V-Card files. At this time, these are the only file types supported. This allows customers to upload CSV files that were created in the Outlook "Export Contact" process. We also provide a sample template so that you can easily import your own contacts, available via the Try our CSV Contacts Template link on the Contacts page.
Note : A contact must have both a first name and last name and a number to be imported.
Do not include ANYTHING other then numbers in the phone number fields. Doing so will prevent the file from being processed properly or at all
• Access your Phone Power MyAccount with your username and password.
• Click on Contacts on the left hand side.
• Once you are at the Contacts page in MyAccount click on Import Contacts.
• After the Import Contacts link is clicked, there will be a pop up that will say Browse to your CSV (.csv) or V-Card (.vcf) File:.
• To import your CSV contact list, click on Browse and locate the CSV file on your hard drive.
• Once the file has been located and selected, click the Open button on the file upload window, then click the Upload button on the Contacts page. The imported contact list will now be displayed on the Contacts page.
