To configure your HT 502 to work with Phone Power's service, please follow these instructions.
You should reset the device to the default factory configuration. To reset the device to the default factory configuration:
Press and hold the reset button located on the back of the HT 502.
Pick up the handset and dial ***02 and Write down the reported IP Address.
With that IP address you should be able to log into the Device from a computer system that is also on the same network.
Enter username and password for the device. If you reset your device to factory defaults, the Username is Admin and the password is also Admin
Click on Advanced Settings
Set Firmware Upgrade and Provisioning to HTTP.
Set Config Server Path to:
provision.phonepower.com:4192
Set Config File Prefix to:
HT502Prov.php?hwid=
Set " Allow DHCP Option 66 to override server " To No.
Click Update at the bottom of the page and then click Reboot on the next page.
Once the device has rebooted:
Power off the Grandstream device for 15 seconds
Power on the Grandstream.
