Initial Sync Instructions for Yealink

To configure your Yealink IP Phone to work with Phone Power's service, please follow the instructions below.

1 – Factory reset the device by holding down the OK button for 10 seconds and then confirming the dialogue that pops up.

2 – If the phone has no registration, it will display the IP when the handset is picked up, or it can be obtained by going to Menu>Status.

3 – Login to the device:

Administrator	Admin	Admin

4 – Navigate to Settings>Auto Provision.
5 – Set the server URL to http://provision.phonepower.com:4199/Master/NonEnc and save the settings. The page will refresh.

This will be populated in the server URL field of the device and it has to be running a minimum version of the firmware (7.72.0.80) for this field to be available in the UI.

6 – Click the Autoprovision Now button. The page will refresh and the URL will change to http://provision.phonepower.com:4199/Master/Encrypted
7 – Click the Autoprovision Now button. The device will then download an encrypted config and be ready to use.
