Initial Sync Instructions for the SPA 112

To configure your SPA112 to work with Phone Power's service, you must know the admin credentials. If you do not, you should reset the device to the default factory configuration which has a default administrator login of admin/admin.

To reset the device to the default factory configuration, there are two options:

  • Dial **** and at the prompt dial 73738# and then press 1 to confirm.
  • Locate the Reset Button on the back of the SPA112. Using a paperclip, or something of similar dimension, hold the button for 20 seconds, then release. The power will flicker
  • Regardless of how you reset the device, it will take approximately 150 seconds to finish it's reset and reboot

You will then need to log into the web interface on the device. If you don't know the device's IP, you can pickup the handset, dial **** and then 110# to get it.

After you have the device's IP address, enter the following URL:
http://<<InsertDeviceIpHere>>/admin/resync?https://provision.phonepower.com/linksys/ProvisionXml.php?sn=$SN&mac=$MA

After your device reboots, the Phone 1 light will light up when the device is ready to make and receive calls. At this time you are be ready to use your Phone Power service.
After your device has provisioned with the Phone Power network, you will need to login with admin/password.
