Motorola 3347
Please follow these instructions to configure your Motorola 3347 router to work with PhonePower. These instructions are only if you are connecting your phone adapter to your router.
- You will need the current IP address of your phone adapter.
- If you have a Grandstream phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on a Grandstream.
- If you have an Innomedia phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on an Innomedia.
- If you have an Obihai phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on an Obihai.
- Please write this IP Address down as you will need it in later steps

• If the default username and password do not work please contact your ISP and request the administrator log in credentials for your modem/router
• Click Advanced Setup from the menu across the top of the screen
• Click Advanced Port Forwarding from the menu running down the left side of the screen
• Enter 5004 into Starting Port
• Enter 5012 into Ending Port
• Set Protocol to UDP
• Enter the IP address you wrote down at the start of this process into LAN IP Address
• Click Apply
• Enter 5060 into Starting Port
• Enter 5061 into Ending Port
• Set Protocol to UDP
• Enter the IP address you wrote down at the start of this process into LAN IP Address
• Click Apply
• Enter 12060 into Starting Port
• Enter 12061 into Ending Port
• Set Protocol to UDP
• Enter the IP address you wrote down at the start of this process into LAN IP Address
• Click Apply
• Enter 4200 into Starting Port
• Enter 4200 into Ending Port
• Set Protocol to TCP
• Enter the IP address you wrote down at the start of this process into LAN IP Address
• Click Apply
Note: After 3-5 minutes your PhonePower phone adapter should be registered and able to make and receive calls. If you are unable to place a call after 15 minutes, please contact our support department for additional assistance.
