Motorola NVG510/NVG589
Please follow these instructions to configure your Motorola NVG510/NVG589 router to work with PhonePower. These instructions are only if you are connecting your phone adapter to your router.
- You will need the current IP address of your phone adapter.
- If you have a Grandstream phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on a Grandstream.
- If you have an Innomedia phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on an Innomedia.
- If you have an Obihai phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on an Obihai.
- Please write this IP Address down as you will need it in later steps

Please contact your internet service provider for your username and password for your NVG510 / NVG589 Gateway. |
• After logging into the router, click on Firewall then NAT/Gaming.
• Click on Custom Services, this will bring you to new services.
• Add services starting with the title of the service.

• Click on Return to NAT/Gaming
Note: If the first service isn't A-Phonepowersip then you'll have to click on the down arrow of the service and find it.
• Then click on the down arrow for Needed by Device(1st screenshot) this should be the MAC of the phone adapter.
• Then click Add.
• Follow these same steps for A-Provision and A-RTP
Note: If you are unable to place a call after 15 minutes, or any other irregularities appear, please contact our support department for additional assistance.
