Motorola SBG6782AC
Please follow these instructions to configure your Motorola SBG6782AC router to work with PhonePower. These instructions are only if you are connecting your phone adapter to your router.
- You will need the current IP address of your phone adapter.
- If you have a Grandstream phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on a Grandstream.
- If you have an Innomedia phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on an Innomedia.
- If you have an Obihai phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on an Obihai.
- Please write this IP Address down as you will need it in later steps

• If the default username and password do not work please contact your ISP and request the administrator log in credentials for your modem/router
DHCP reservation
• Select the Basic tab and click DHCP, the IP address previously retrieved should appear in the client list at the bottom of the page with the MAC address for the device. The area above the Client List is titled Reserve IP Address, copy the MAC address and IP address into the appropriate fields here.
DMZ host
• Select the Advanced tab and click DMZ Host. This will present a page that gives you the option to enter the last digits of an IP address. By default this will be set to 0, change it to the number that was reserved in the previous step and apply the setting.
Firewall
• Select the Firewall tab. Under the area Firewall Protection Level change the Firewall Protection Setting to low and apply the setting.
Reboot
• Reboot your phone adapter, it should successfully provision and have 2-way audio on calls.
