*83 - Selective Call Forwarding IVR
This feature allows you to add or delete phone numbers in the Selective Call Forwarding Settings.
Once you have dialed *83, the options are:
To toggle the service on or off: Dial 3.
To add last inbound caller: Dial the pound key # then 01 then the pound key( # ).
To add an entry: Dial dial the number you want your calls forwarded to, then the pound key( # )(including the area code) followed by the number 1 key to confirm.
To remove an entry: Dial the star key( * ), then dial the number(including the area code) followed by the star key( * ).
To remove all entries: Dial the number 0 key, then the number 8 key followed by the star key( * ).
To removed anonymous entries: Dial the number 0 key, then the number 9 key followed by the star key( * ).
To listen to the entries already entered: Dial the number 1.
To repeat the instructions: Dial the number 0.
