TP Link Archer C8 C9

Please follow these instructions to configure your TP Link Archer C8 C9 router to work with PhonePower. These instructions are only if you are connecting your phone adapter to your router.

• You will need the current IP address of your phone adapter.
  
• If you have a Grandstream phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on a Grandstream.
  
• If you have an Innomedia phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on an Innomedia.
  
• If you have an Obihai phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on an Obihai.
  
• Please write this IP Address down as you will need it in later steps

Open a web browser Enter http://192.168.0.1 into the address bar and press enter Log into the router. You will be prompted for a username and password. The default username is admin The default password is admin

Once logged in:

• Click Advanced found in the top menu on the right side of the screen
• Click Forwarding found in the menu on the left side of the screen
• Click Virtual Servers
• Click the Add New button

• In the Service Port field enter 5000-5080
• In the IP Address field enter the IP address you wrote down at the start of this process
• Select UDP from the drop down menu next to Protocol
• Make sure Status is set to Enabled
• Click the Save button

• Please continue to add entries mentioned in the above step with these ports as well:

• UDP 10000-11000
• UDP 12060-12080
• UDP 16384-16472
• UDP 16600-16700

• Click the Add New button in the Virtual Servers screen
• In the Service Port field enter 4200
• In the IP Address field enter the IP address you wrote down at the start of this process
• Select TCP from the drop down menu next to Protocol
• Make sure Status is set to Enabled
• Click the Save button
