TP Link WDR4300
Please follow these instructions to configure your TP Link WDR4300 router to work with PhonePower. These instructions are only if you are connecting your phone adapter to your router.
- You will need the current IP address of your phone adapter.
- If you have a Grandstream phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on a Grandstream.
- If you have an Innomedia phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on an Innomedia.
- If you have an Obihai phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on an Obihai.
- Please write this IP Address down as you will need it in later steps

• Click Forwarding found in the menu on the left side of the screen
• Click -Virtual Servers
• Click the Add New button
• In the Service Port field enter 5004-5012
• In the IP Address field enter the IP address you wrote down at the start of this process
• Select UDP from the drop down menu next to Protocol
• Make sure Status is set to Enabled
• Click the Save button
• Click the Add New button in the Virtual Servers screen
• In the Service Port field enter 5060-5061
• In the IP Address field enter the IP address you wrote down at the start of this process
• Select UDP from the drop down menu next to Protocol
• Make sure Status is set to Enabled
• Click the Save button
• Click the Add New button in the Virtual Servers screen
• In the Service Port field enter 12060-12061
• In the IP Address field enter the IP address you wrote down at the start of this process
• Select UDP from the drop down menu next to Protocol
• Make sure Status is set to Enabled
• Click the Save button
• Click the Add New button in the Virtual Servers screen
• In the Service Port field enter 4200
• In the IP Address field enter the IP address you wrote down at the start of this process
• Select TCP from the drop down menu next to Protocol
• Make sure Status is set to Enabled
• Click the Save button
Note: After 3-5 minutes your PhonePower phone adapter should be registered and able to make and receive calls. If you are unable to place a call after 15 minutes, please contact our support department for additional assistance.
