Ubee DDW365

Please follow these instructions to configure your Ubee DDW365 router to work with PhonePower. These instructions are only if you are connecting your phone adapter to your router.

• You will need the current IP address of your phone adapter.
  
• If you have a Grandstream phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on a Grandstream.
  
• If you have an Innomedia phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on an Innomedia.
  
• If you have an Obihai phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on an Obihai.
  
• Please write this IP Address down as you will need it in later steps

Open a web browser Enter http://192.168.0.1 into the address bar and press enter Log into the router. You will be prompted for a username and password. The default username is user The default password is user

• Click the Advance Link near the top of the screen.
• Click Options in the menu on the left.
• Uncheck SIP to disable SIP ALG.
• Click Apply to save.

• Click on DMZ Host in the menu on the left.
• Enter in the IP address of the phone adapter.
• Click Apply to save.
