Voicemail Auto Delete Feature
- This feature allows you to manage how long a voice message will stay in your VoiceMail box before being deleted.
Log in to your MyAccount portal from the Phone Power web site.
• Next, click on Service Settings on the left side of the screen.

• Next, click on VoiceMail Settings link.

• The first option is to delete voicemails by age, up to 365 days.
• Once per 24 hours (approximately 1am PST, typically), the age of the voicemails on your account will be evaluated against this setting.
• Click "Save Auto Delete Settings" after entering the desired number of days.

• Voicemails that have been on the account longer than the number of days indicated will then be deleted.
- Setting the value to 0 will disable this feature.
• The second option is to delete voicemails when your voice-mailbox reaches a certain % capacity.
• The first option will allow the system to delete the oldest voicemails automatically once the capacity is reached.
• The second option will send an email notification once your voicemails have reached the indicated capacity.
• After adjusting the desired setting, be sure to click the "Save Quota Settings" button.
