If you are using a Grandstream phone adapter
For the first step in this process, we will need resolve the IP address conflict between the router and the Grandstream. Please follow these instructions for resolving an IP address conflict.
Please follow these instructions to configure your ZyXel EQ-660R router to work with PhonePower. These instructions are only if you are connecting your phone adapter to your router.
- You will need the current IP address of your phone adapter.
- If you have a Grandstream phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on a Grandstream.
- If you have an Innomedia phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on an Innomedia.
- If you have an Obihai phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on an Obihai.
- Please write this IP Address down as you will need it in later steps

• Click the NAT link near the center of the page.
• There should be a dot in the SUA Only setting. If this isn't the case, you can not setup port forwarding without making a major change to your network. You should not change this unless you know exactly what you are doing.
•Set the ports to forward as follows on the second line of the page:
• Start port: 4200
• End port: 4200
• Enter the IP address of your phone adapter where it asks for the IP Address
•Set the ports to forward as follows on the third line of the page:
• Start port: 5000
• End port: 5080
• Enter the IP address of your phone adapter where it asks for the IP Address
•Set the ports to forward as follows on the fourth line of the page:
• Start port: 10000
• End port: 11000
• Enter the IP address of your phone adapter where it asks for the IP Address
•Set the ports to forward as follows on the fifth line of the page:
• Start port: 12060
• End port: 12080
• Enter the IP address of your phone adapter where it asks for the IP Address
•Set the ports to forward as follows on the sixth line of the page:
• Start port: 16384
• End port: 16472
• Enter the IP address of your phone adapter where it asks for the IP Address
•Set the ports to forward as follows on the seventh line of the page:
• Start port: 16600
• End port: 16700
• Enter the IP address of your phone adapter where it asks for the IP Address
• Click Save near the bottom of the screen to save your changes.
