ZyXel VMG1312-B10A
Please follow these instructions to configure your ZyXel VMG1312-B10A router to work with PhonePower. These instructions are only if you are connecting your phone adapter to your router.
- You will need the current IP address of your phone adapter.
- If you have a Grandstream phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on a Grandstream.
- If you have an Innomedia phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on an Innomedia.
- If you have an Obihai phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on an Obihai.
- Please write this IP Address down as you will need it in later steps

• On the bottom of the screen, click on Network Setting.
• Then go to ALG and click on Disable SIP ALG

There are 2 methods of setting up your router. Please use one or the other, not both. The methods that you can set are DMZ and Port Triggering. |
Setting DMZ
• On the bottom of the screen, click on Network Setting.
• Then go to DMZ and add your private IP address for your phone adapter and click on Apply.
Setting Port Triggering
• On the bottom of the screen, click on Network Setting.
• Then go to Port Triggering.

• You will need to set a new rule and set to Active.
