BYOD Hardware
Identifying Locked Hardware
• Phone Power Support does not support locked devices. You can use the article HERE to help identify if you have a locked device. |
Obtaining a BYOD while overseas
Phone Power will ship leased devices within the US and Canada, including Alaska and Hawaii. In the event that you are overseas and require a device, however, you can obtain a BYOD from a third party vendors that ships overseas.

BYOD Compliance List
• The following list of Analog Telephone Adapters (ATA) are the devices that Phone Power has approved to function with the network. Detailed instructions on how to connect your device to Phone Power's service will be sent to the email address that you provided during the ordering process. |
• Important Note: You must have the Admin password to the device for the device to function with the Phone Power service. If you are unable to access the Admin portion of the device after preforming a factory reset, then the device is locked to a previous provider and will not be usable with the Phone Power service. |

- Note: The configuration file may lock you out of the SIP Admin portion of your device. Phone Power does NOT remove the ability to factory reset a BYOD adapter as part of the provisioning process, and does NOT permanently lock you out of your device. You will always have the ability to factory reset your device. Any device used with Phone Power's service must not be locked or currently provisioned to any other provider and you must have the admin password for said device. Any device received from another VoIP provider will most likely NOT work due to this restriction.
