Obtaining a BYOD while overseas

Phone Power is able to ship leased hardware to anywhere in Canada and the US including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. If it becomes necessary to obtain a device while overseas, Phone Power Support suggests obtaining an HT502 as a BYOD via one of two vendors

• NOTE: Please be aware that this is only when taking existing service overseas. New Phone Power service must be setup inside the United States.

If the Availablity reads In stock, proceed to the next step. Otherwise proceed to the next section

Click the Add to Cart button after confirming it the Qty field reads 1

This will take you to the Shopping Cart page. From here you can review the order, and get an estimate of the cost of shipping to your location.

To get an estimate of the shipping cost to your location:

-Select the appropriate Country from the drop down.

-Fill in the City and Postal Code as appropriate.(London, UK was used as an example.) :**Please fill out the fields as appropriate to your location.

Click the Get a Quote button.

The shopping cart will reveal several shipping options and their associated costs.

Select from the newly revealed shipping options.

Click the Update Total button.

The shipping estimate will be added to the Grand Total along with the cost of the HT502.

Click Proceed to Checkout.

The Checkout page should appear.

Fill out each field in Section 1 with the billing information for the credit card you intend to use as appropriate. If this differs from the address you're shipping to, check 'Ship to different address.

Fill out each field in Section 2 with the address of the location where you wish to send the device.

If you got a quote from the previous page, the Country, City and Postal Code fields will be filled, and Section 3 will reflect your choices from earlier.

Select a shipping method from Section 3. If section 2 is filled out correctly the shipping methods available for your destination should be displayed.

Select an appropriate payment method from Section 4. The default is to pay by credit card, but options for leasing, Wire Transfer, or PayPal exist. Fill out the section as appropriate. For more information on the alternate payment methods please contact VoipSupply.com

Review Section 5 to confirm it accurately reflects your order. Check each field to see if it applies to your order.

After reviewing the associated link,check the I read and agree to Terms and Conditions box.

Click the Place Your Order button.

After some processing your order should complete and your BYOD should be on its way.

Select the desired shipping option from the dropdown.

The shipping estimate will be added to the Total along with the cost of the HT502.

Click Proceed to Checkout under the New Customer section.

The Checkout page should appear.

Fill out each field in Section 1 with the billing information for the credit card you intend to use as appropriate.

The Country and City chosen earlier may appear here. Adjust it as appropriate if necessary for your credit card's billing address.

If you do not wish to receive newsletters from this vendor, be sure to uncheck the box at the bottom of this section.

If the location you're shipping to differs from your credit card's billing address, select A Different Address from the Ship to dropdown. Then fill out each field in Section 2 with the address of the location where you wish to send the device.

The registration section may be skipped. If you wish to register with this vendor fill in a password.

Select a shipping method from Section 3. If section 2 is filled out correctly (Or section 1 if the billing and shipping address match) the shipping methods available for your destination should be displayed.

Review the total located to the right of Section 3; this will be the charge which appears on your card.

Select an appropriate payment method from the dropdown in Section 4 and fill it out appropriately.

In this sample the only available method was Credit Card.

Click the Place Your Order button.

After some processing your order should complete and your BYOD should be on its way.
