To download the softphone from the Cloud PBX portal please follow these instructions.
- NOTE: This will require a User level login on your Cloud PBX. For more information on creating a User level login for your Cloud PBX, click here
• Log into the portal with User level username and password here

• Click on Download Soft Phone under the Mobile Apps section of the page.
• For Windows users the file softphoneinstaller.exe will download in a manner consistent with your browser.
- Note the location of where the file is downloaded.
• Locate and double click softphoneinstaller.exe to run the installation program.
• For Mac users the file softphoneinstaller.dmg will download in a manner consistent with your browser.
- Note the location of where the file is downloaded.
• Locate and double click softphoneinstaller.dmg to open the Disk Image.
• Double click the Phonepower.pkg to begin the installation process. You will need Administrator Privlages on your computer to install it.

• Load the softphone and login with the User level username and password, as above.

- The Softphone should reflect the extension the user is assigned to, and calls to and from the softphone will be the same as if they were from the assigned extension.
