How to Enable the Cloned Line

  • The Cloned Line enables the use of phone port 2 of the phone adapter device to be used on the same phone number as phone port 1. For more information on Cloned line, please refer to Cloned Line: How It Works.

To activate the Cloned Line feature, please follow these instructions.



• First, log into your MyAccount with your username and password.

• Once you are logged in, click on Modify Services on the left menu bar.

• Click on Manage Cloned Lines.

• The Cloned Line Management page will appear.

• Click on the Assign button to the right of the row for port 2. A pop-up window will appear to advise you to power cycle the device for the change to take effect.

• Click on Yes, the page will refresh and display the following, except that your device's MAC address and the phone number assigned to the ports will be displayed.

You will need to reboot the Grandstream device for this to take effect. Simply remove the power cord from the back of the Grandstream, wait 20 seconds, and put it back in. After 3-5 minutes the Grandstream should be registered and able to make and receive calls.

  • Note: If you see the following when you go to the Cloned Line management page, you will have to upgrade your current phone service plan to a plan that does allow the Cloned Line if you wish to have the Cloned Line feature:
